Client data must not be used by BuildFocus Digital for unrelated marketing unless separate valid permission exists.
The exact responsibilities of BuildFocus Digital and each client may also be defined in a separate proposal, service agreement, data-processing arrangement or implementation agreement. BuildFocus Digital does not make lending, credit or eligibility decisions.

- Service or transaction-related communications may still be sent when necessary to provide a requested service.
